An evening in conversation with Blakeley White-McGuire, former star of the Graham Company and author of The Martha Graham Dance Company: House of the Pelvic Truth. Through a series of insightful interviews, this book illuminates the ongoing significance of Martha Graham and her eponymous dance collective.

In a discussion led by Artistic Director Janet Eilber, Ms. White-McGuire will be joined by some of the Company alumni interviewed for the publication including some who worked with Martha Graham herself.

🌟 Meet our Artist-In-Residence, Blakeley White-McGuire! @blakeleyangel 🌟

A critically acclaimed principal dancer with the Martha Graham Dance Company (2001-2016, 2017), White-McGuire is a New York-based dance artist, writer, and educator. During her residence with the Loyola Dance Program, she will teach Graham technique and stage two excerpts from “Sketches from Chronicle” titled Steps in the Street and Prelude to Action for the Fall Mainstage Dance Concert.
